HPLC Troubleshooting: A Performance Qualification Approach
This course is designed for anyone who works with HPLC. No previous experience with HPLC systems is assumed; however, much of the course will appeal to the more experienced worker. "HPLC Troubleshooting: A Performance Qualification Approach" is an intensive one-day course that teaches you the ins and outs of solving problems that occur with your LC methods. You will learn how to qualify the performance of your HPLC using specific tests that also can be used for isolating existing problems. More importantly, you'll learn how to prevent many of these problems from happening in the first place.

LC/MS: Fundamentals and Applications
LC/MS: Fundamentals and Applications is a comprehensive overview course that provides attendees with relevant, practical approaches that can be immediately applied in the lab. The theory of LC/MS interfaces (electrospray, atmospheric pressure chemical ionization, and atmospheric pressure photoionization), is presented to the extent necessary to understand operation of these instruments but the real focus of this class is improving your ability to use LC/MS on a daily basis. This course is offered as a three-day workshop.

Validation and Qualification of Methods and Analytical System in a Regulatory Laboratory
This workshop is designed with a fundamental grass roots approach to understanding the requirements and implementation of various levels of Qualification & Validation activities and procedures. It applies to HPLC/GC/LC-MS, GC -MS, UV-VIS and many other common analytical techniques in the industrial/ pharmaceutical laboratories. The workshop aims at developing concepts about Methods Validation with a fundamental scientific approach, as well as understanding the basic approach to the Qualification of various instruments/systems that are used in various laboratories. With the QbD and the more fundamental approach of measurement, errors and uncertainties in the analytical measurement process are emphasized during the entire workshop.

The training course on interpretation of mass spectra is designed to develop the fundamental skills necessary to understand fragmentation of ions formed by electron ionization (EI) in GC/MS or by one of the soft ionization techniques employed in LC/MS. Many of the examples are taken from EI mass spectrometry; however, the principles that are learned are applicable to any ionization technique.
