
Jake Bell
Jake has a background in biochemistry, with a PhD from Royal Holloway (University of London). Jake's work has focused on the metabolomic characterisation of complex matrices, including plants, cells, and culture media. Most recently, Jake was awarded a research grant by the Good Food Institute (GFI) to explore the metabolomic characterisation of plant-based hydrolysates and their application in cell culture media and biomanufacturing.
