Janam Pandya is an enthusiastic scientist and a spectroscopist with ten years of academic and industry experience. Janam obtained his Ph.D. in food science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where his research focused on developing novel analytical methods utilizing cutting-edge Raman Spectroscopic techniques. Throughout his career, Janam has worked with several notable organizations including Abbott, Nestle, and Ocean Spray Cranberries. Since 2022, Janam has been employed at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Boston, MA office. In his current capacity as Product Manager of Process Raman portfolio, advancing the application of Raman Spectroscopy for real-time process monitoring. Janam is currently collaborating with several key organizations in various market segments including, biopharma, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, chemical, food and polymer, amongst others in successfully advancing Process Raman Analyzer as a integral PAT tool.
