Dr. Sandra Spencer leads the Mass Spectrometry platform at the BC Cancer Research Institute, translating complex analytical data into actionable oncology research. Following her graduate studies on ambient ionization at UNC Chapel Hill, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Washington developing targeted clinical proteomics assays to help clinicians deepen their understanding of cancer biology.
