Cenevo’s Labguru platform is centralizing documentation processes at Pace® Life Sciences, a U.S.-based CDMO and GMP analytical laboratory service provider. The cloud-based system brings together ELN, LIMS, inventory management, registration, and AI-driven informatics within a single research-to-production platform.

Scientists use Labguru to plan, document, track, and share research while streamlining and automating workflows. At Pace®, the implementation includes ELN, inventory, equipment, storage, workflow editor, and dashboard modules. These components support workflow efficiency, compliance, and scalable operations.

“We needed a system that will grow with us and accommodate our unique workflows and better serve our clients,” advises Cynthia Hansen, IT Program Director at Pace® Life Sciences. “Labguru makes that possible, and the team is collaborative and committed to finding solutions that meet those needs. They don’t just provide a tool; they partner with us to improve our workflows.”

The platform replaces manual processes with digital workflows. This shift removes manual data entry, improves inventory visibility, and frees scientists to focus on critical work and client deadlines. Integrated instruments, standardized data capture, and secure remote access strengthen data integrity, compliance, and collaboration while eliminating paper-based processes.

Pace® has deployed Labguru across four GMP analytical services laboratories and plans further rollout across its network to support continued growth. The collaboration between Pace® and Labguru aligns platform capabilities with operational and regulatory requirements.

“We are proud to support Pace® in scaling its laboratory and manufacturing services with a flexible, future-ready AI-enabled platform,” adds Gal Hasse, VP Product Labguru at Cenevo.

Pace® Life Sciences provides contract CMC development, clinical trial materials manufacturing, regulatory compliance, consulting, and facility support services across pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and gene therapy sectors. Its network includes GMP analytical testing laboratories and manufacturing support centers.

Cenevo develops lab management systems focused on automation, orchestration, data management, and AI for life sciences. The company supports more than 950 customers and over 45,000 scientist users worldwide.
