Titration is a precise and widely used method to determine quantitively different compounds in food and beverages to ensure their quality and taste. Limits of impurities, exact contents of specific ingredients or decomposition parameters are set in national and international regulations and can be determined exactly with a titration method.

In this webinar you will learn how to optimize and adapt the titration process to receive correct and comparable results. You will also learn what you have to watch out for to avoid uncertainties and failures in your results whilst getting an insight into our latest innovation of seamless data transfer.

Format: On-demand

Duration: Approximately 60 minutes

This webinar teaches you how to optimize and adapt the titration process to receive correct and comparable results. You will also learn what you have to watch out for to avoid uncertainties and failures in your results whilst getting an insight into the latest innovation of seamless data transfer. Furthermore, there is a special focus on food and beverage applications.

By viewing this presentation you will learn...

  • about the titration process and what has to be considered
  • what influences the accuracy of titration results
  • why and how do we need to determine a titer
  • tips and tricks for the daily lab work to avoid uncertainties
  • more about new titration technology using seamless data transfer from the chemicals to the titrator.
