Alamar Biosciences has launched the NULISAseq Immune 340 Panel, its broadest multiplexed immune profiling solution for translational research and drug development.
The panel measures approximately 340 immune-related proteins simultaneously from a single sample. It expands on the NULISAseq Inflammation Panel 250 and supports immune proteome profiling across cancer, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, autoimmune diseases, and aging research.
Many immune mediators circulate at concentrations ranging from fg/mL to sub-pg/mL, below the detection limits of conventional immunoassays. These targets include cytokines, chemokines, cell death pathway markers, checkpoint inhibitors, metabolic regulators, and co-stimulatory signals.
The panel combines broad coverage with high sensitivity to detect proteins that other methods have failed to measure. Researchers can examine these low-abundance proteins alongside established markers in one multiplexed run.

Immune responses involve pathway crosstalk, feedback loops, and cooperation between cell types. Researchers need multi-protein context to interpret this activity and identify cytokines and other biomarkers that signal disease before symptoms appear.
The panel also targets proteins linked to inflammaging. This chronic, low-grade inflammation builds with age as immune senescence and neuroimmune activation contribute to cardiovascular, metabolic, neurodegenerative, and cancer risk.
