Andrew Savage
Expert Chemist, Nestle Quality Assurance Center

Andrew Savage is an Expert Chemist at Nestle Quality Assurance Center in Dublin, Ohio, where he leads projects for new analyses and technology scouting. His focus has been chemical contaminants in food and he was previously the Supervisor of the Contaminants Laboratory, where he managed the performance of 40 trace-level analytical methods. He has 25 years of experience in analytical laboratories within academia, contract research, and in the food industry, working primarily in mass spectrometry. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati Ohio, PCQI certification, and enjoys sailing in his free time.

Pesticides Chemist, Nestle Quality Assurance Center

Angela Simon is a Chemist at Nestle Quality Assurance Center in Dublin, Ohio where she started in the vitamins department and now works in the contaminants department.  She works on most, if not all of the pesticide methods at NQAC along with many other methods.  She has approximately 18 years of experience in analytical laboratories within environmental, pharmaceutical and the food industry, primarily working with mass spectrometry.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from West Liberty University in West Liberty, West Virginia and enjoys playing guitar, playing/watching sports, reading, and hiking with her three dogs in her spare time.
