Event overview

PFAS, or per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, have primarily been studied in the context of environmental contamination, but recent developments have led to exploring their impact in diverse areas such as food, bioclinical settings, personal care products, and pharmaceuticals.

This expert panel discussion explores the lessons learned from environmental applications and how these insights can be transitioned to these other arenas. The conversation navigates through the current challenges faced, examines technologies at our disposal, pinpoints unmet analytical needs, and maps out next steps. In addition, an overview of the ever-evolving regulatory landscape provides an important backdrop for the discussion.

Who should watch
Anyone involved in PFAS analysis, method development, or research should consider viewing this on-demand presentation.
